All data created and managed within Repertoire is stored locally on your device:
- Application Database: Stored using SQLite on your device's local storage
- Media Files: Stored in a directory you choose during initial setup
- User Preferences: Saved locally using device-level storage mechanisms
- Practice Logs: Maintained in the local database only
Your Control
You have complete control over your data:
- You can export your entire library as a backup file
- You can delete any or all data at any time
- Uninstalling the app removes all associated data from your device
4. Permissions We Request
Repertoire may request the following permissions to provide its functionality:
- Storage/File Access: To read and write media files (PDFs, images, audio) that you attach to your music pieces
- Internet Access (if applicable): Only used if you choose to add external video links or media URLs. No data is transmitted to our servers
These permissions are used solely for the functionality of the app and are not used to collect or transmit data.
5. Third-Party Services
No Third-Party Analytics or Advertising
Repertoire does not integrate with any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or data collection platforms.
External Links
If you add external links (such as YouTube videos or Spotify tracks) to your pieces, clicking these links will open them in your default browser or app. The privacy policies of those external services will apply when you interact with them.
Optional Cloud Services
If future versions of Repertoire offer optional cloud backup features (such as Google Drive integration), these features will be:
- Entirely optional and opt-in
- Clearly disclosed before activation
- Subject to the privacy policies of the chosen cloud provider
- Under your direct control (you can enable or disable at any time)
6. Children's Privacy
Repertoire does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since all data is stored locally and no information is transmitted, the app is safe for users of all ages.

While we don't collect or transmit your data, we recognize the importance of securing the data stored on your device:
